Delivery
UK delivery is free on every order.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 working days, then UK delivery usually takes a further 3 to 7 working days. You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
International orders
We also post to many countries outside the UK. Delivery costs for your country are shown at checkout before you pay. International orders can take longer to arrive and may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.
Problems with delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days of ordering, please contact us via our Contact page and we'll look into it.
Returns
Changed your mind?
If you live in the UK, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know via our Contact page within that time, then return the item within 14 days of telling us. We'll send you the return address. Items should be returned unworn and unwashed. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you.
Once we've received the item back, we'll refund the price you paid, including the original delivery charge if there was one, within 14 days.
Faulty, damaged or misprinted items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or in the wrong size compared with what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you.
Ordered the wrong size?
Please check sizes carefully before ordering. If you've ordered the wrong size, you can return it under the 14-day change of mind policy above.
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
