Changed your mind?
If you live in the UK, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know by email within that time, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. We'll give you the return address. Items should be returned unworn and unwashed, with any tags still attached. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you.

Once we've received the item back, we'll refund the price you paid, including the original delivery charge if there was one, to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty, damaged or misprinted items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or in a different size to the one you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, at no cost to you. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Ordered the wrong size?
Every item is printed to order, so please check sizes before ordering. If you've ordered the wrong size, you can return it under the 14-day change of mind policy above.
